Do Now | Four Corners Gallery Walk Walk around the classroom, reading and considering the four statements posted in the four corners of the room. Once you have thought about all four statements, stand next to the statement you can most relate to, find most interesting, or believe to be the most true.
Discussion: When everyone in the room has selected a statement, discuss the statement with the students that also selected it.
Select one member of the group to summarize your discussion for the class as a whole. Connotative Meaning | Americans Based on group discussions, consider the following questions as a class:
