Visual Argument: Now that you have completed your analysis essay, you must create a visual argument. This argument needs to include written and visual texts that represent the elements of culture, your analysis, and attempt to answer the essential questions of the unit:
Finally, written and visual texts, elements of culture may not be displayed on a poster. They must instead take the shape of a symbol that represents Afghanistan, The Kite Runner, or your argument. Some ideas that could be considered include:
Artist Statement: An artist statement is the written description of your project. The statement describes what was made, how it was made and why it was made in a formal written composition in order for the audience to understand the your point of view about the studied topic. This statement should fully articulate the connections between your analysis essay and your visual argument in order for your audience to think deeply about what they are viewing as well the moral and ethical responsibilities it represents.
